We would like to inform you that for various strategic reasons, GRICS has chosen not to renew its partnership agreement with Synovia for its Silverlining school bus geolocation solution. It should be recalled that since 2014, under the terms of a partnership agreement, GRICS has been responsible for :
- the promotion and distribution of the solution;
- the hosting of the solution;
- first-level support to school boards;
- basic training for school boards.
The end of the agreement is effective immediately. Synovia will now directly handle the hosting, promotion and distribution of Silverlining as well as all training activities related to this product. The Quebec firm Cloud Monitored Objects (CMO) will take over the support services that were provided by GRICS. Among other things, it will ensure that the link between Geobus and Silverlining remains functional. If you have any questions, please contact:
